Gable Attic Conversion

The gable conversion is similar to the side dormer but the side of the house (gable) is built in one line as you will see in the pictures.

A gable conversion takes 4 weeks to complete.

Prices start from €20k for a full attic conversion.  This price includes 3 roof windows, high quality spray foam insulation, steels, stairs, electrics and plumbing.

A hip to gable/dormer conversion would come in at approximately €35K, this would require planning permission which we can organise.

An Ensuite bathroom will cost €6,500.
