Side Dormer Attic Conversion

A side dormer is normally used if you have a hipped roof and need additional head height for the stairs or want to achieve a bigger room.

Start to complete usually takes 3-4 weeks

Prices start from €20k for a full attic conversion.  This price includes 3 roof windows, high quality spray foam insulation, steels, stairs, electrics and plumbing.    

An Ensuite bathroom will cost €6,500.
