Standard Attic Conversion

A standard attic conversion takes 10 working days from start to completion.

This type of conversion typically includes 2 steal beams installed, 3 roof windows on the back of the house, stairs made to fit, all plumbing and electrical works required with a plastered finish ready for painting.

Prices start from €20k for a full attic conversion.  This price includes 3 roof windows, high quality spray foam insulation, steels, stairs, electrics and plumbing.    

An Ensuite bathroom will cost €6,500.

Lead time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
