Rear Dormer Attic Conversion

This is our most popular type of conversion as it can be incorporated to all house build types including terrace, detached and semi detached style houses. It typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete.

A rear dormer will transform your attic to at least double the size of a standard attic.

​

Prices start from €20k for a full attic conversion.  This price includes 3 roof windows, high quality spray foam insulation, steels, stairs, electrics and plumbing.

A hip to gable/dormer conversion would come in at approximately €35K, this would require planning permission which we can organise.

                                              

An Ensuite bathroom will cost €6,500.
