The Attic Company has been in business for over fifteen years, converting hundreds of attics both in Ireland and abroad. With an in-house architect/engineer, we apply for planning permission if needed and issue you with a Engineers Certificate of Compliance upon completion so you can be assured our work meets building regulations. We offer many different bespoke solutions depending on the space in your attic. Our core team are all in-house and are not external contractors, meaning there is a line of direct communication between you and us at all times. We also maintain very good working relationships with the best external contractors, guaranteeing the highest quality of plumbing, electrical work, and plastering.
